 Proficiency 2

 First of all, look at the mistakes we made on unit 2 vocabulary quiz (sb p 126) by looking words up on Just the word and writing the most common examples ( include common prepositions ) 

This document explains how article are graded in the proficiency exam and gives an example of a student essay. Read pages 6-11 of this document and summarise what stood out to you and what you will use for your next essay. 

Finally, complete pages 45,46,47 of your blue book. 


 

Hello. Please finish all exercises on wb page 27 ( use the ebook to find the audio for the listening exercises or play track 2.1 on this link ) then finish exercise 1,2 and 3 on page 93 of the workbook. See you soon.

 Proficiency 2 For next time please revise and organise the new words we have learned from the student book using the table below as a guide. Pick only the words you found difficult or that are not explained in the student book.  Proficiency 2  For next time please upload your writing on the garden taking over the house on page 21 of the blue book. If you can not join the blog yet, type in on your computer and add some extra details and vocabulary from what we have learned. You'll upload it later. Continue to add unknown words to your vocabulary table in your notebook, write at least 10 new words with examples, definitions and derivatives.  Crazy cucumbers For next time please complete the reading on wb p9 study the new words from sb p 12 ex 4 and write three example sentences in your notebooks using the present perfect and past simple describing or talking about fashion and clothes.
