Pre-school Pandas 24/01

 Good morning dear parents, Yesterday we started the lesson by asking students “how are you?” and “how old are you?”. Kids replied “I’m…..” Then we checked some flashcards together asking “Is it…?” And elicited the answer “No, it’s a….” Vocabulary used: robot, kite, car, plane, train, numbers 1-6, colours, ball, girl, boy, t-shirt, parts of body, turtle, panda, crocodile, rabbit, elephant, mouse, princess, bike, bag Then we played Simon says with instructions (sit down, stand up, turn around, touch the ground, dance, sing, open/close your eyes etc.) We sang the numbers chant again and we also learnt a new song (six little elephants) from the book.  Then in SB p. 39 we played a game: I asked how many…? And children counted and said the number. I elicited the plural -s for words telling the difference between e.g one elephant and two elephantS  Then kids asked each other “How many…?” Then we said a goodbye chant and finished the lesson.  See you next Wednesday ♥️

Good morning dear parents, Yesterday we started the lesson by doing ex. 2 on PB p. 29. We also brainstormed activities that are good for helping at home/your friends. Then we did PB p. 30: we described the picture, did the listening and then drew and talked about our own classroom & bedroom.  Then we did PB p. 31: we did it as a board game and each student asked questions about the object to find out what it is. Then we did AB p. 21. In the end, we introduced the members of the family and created our own family tree. We also practiced the difference between old/young, tall/short. See you on Monday♥️

 Hey everyone 🤗 Your HW for Monday 29/1 is: 1) complete your leaflets from SP p. 41 (2). Try to make your leaflet as good as possible, because we'll read them and vote which is the best/funniest one. 2) WB: p. 58 (3) (check for any exercise from Unit 4 which you may not have done yet and please do it) 3) SB: p. 57 (5). Write your emails in your writing notebook 4) study the words: 4.94, 5.1-5.12 On Monday we're having a test on Unit 4, so you need to study: all the words from the unit, the language focus (SB p 47+49, SP p 36+38), the story (p. 50-51), the dialogues on p 48+56, the information about the Olympics, extreme sports, and fitness (p. 46, 52, 54-55). You can also do the assignments on Cambridge One for further practice. Have a nice weekend! 😁
