Hello everyone, last time we covered the use of Gerunds and infinitives on sb p 23 and their differences uses and we also practiced listening. 

  • For next time here is a worksheet to complete exercises 1-3 on. 
  • When that is complete use your notebooks to complete these exercises on unit 2 vocabulary  
  • Finally, write a short paragraph using examples to support your opinion and some vocabulary from sb p 20 and p21 to answer this question "Music from your past means more to you than current music." Think of Marcel proust and his Madeleine when you answer!

Hello class, first of all check your cambridge platform for practice! Then complete the writing assignement " Write about a favorite childhood toy or game from your childhood " write about 100-150 words. Remember to use the phrasal verbs we learned ( settle down, go through ect) used to / would , past simple and past perfect in your writing! Then complete wb p 24. See you soon!

 Proficiency 2  For next time please upload your writing on the garden taking over the house on page 21 of the blue book. If you can not join the blog yet, type in on your computer and add some extra details and vocabulary from what we have learned. You'll upload it later. Continue to add unknown words to your vocabulary table in your notebook, write at least 10 new words with examples, definitions and derivatives.  Crazy cucumbers For next time please complete the reading on wb p9 study the new words from sb p 12 ex 4 and write three example sentences in your notebooks using the present perfect and past simple describing or talking about fashion and clothes.
