Wordlist p. 23 copy and learn the words 7.66-7.74 (Those of you who have to to copy the words twice please do it ☺️)

Sp. 90 read the boxes in ex 2 and learn by ❤️ these:

Nick, stella, zinovia learn about healthy food
Anthi, Mary learn about exercise
George and Maria learn about rest 

Wb p. 90-91 do all exercises. In ex 5 give more information (tell us how often you do it, or why is it important for you)
E.g. To keep healthy I always rest at the weekends. The best way to rest is to sleep and listen to music. I love listening to music 🎶
