Hi guys, please re-read the text from the beginning of unit 7 about fitness fads and read and summarise ( write notes on the article, investigate any unknown vocab to share with the class and maybe google some of the weirder fitness fads to talk about) this article. Then do the listening exercise here. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

workbook p42 and make sure you write the sentences on sb p61 ex 5. Did you remember to add the new words from the sb and wb readings to your lists? I'll challenge you to explain them in our next lesson.
