For some reading practice, I would like you to check this out. It's about robot teachers. First, you can do the preparation task, then you can read the text and after that, you can do the two following tasks. Please write down your notes and answers in your notebooks and I would like you to write a paragraph answering the question after the two tasks. 

For some listening practice, I would like you to do this. It's about a weather forecast. First, you can do the preparation task and find the words that you don't know in a dictionary and write them in your notebooks. Then you listen to weather forecast and after that, you can do the two tasks following the listening. You can listen it one time before each task.
